• Account information:Email address, full name, phone number (optional), and profile photo.
• Listings:Property details, photos, and address. Exact address is shown only after a confirmed visit.
• Usage data:Pages visited, search queries, listings saved, visits booked.
• Communications:Messages exchanged between users on the platform.
• Payments:Listing and boost fees are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• WhatsApp:Phone number and conversation history, only if you contact us via WhatsApp.

• To operate the platform and match renters with properties
• To send visit confirmation emails and 2-hour reminders
• To send WhatsApp notifications (only with explicit consent)
• To send transactional emails (bookings, offers, payments)

We respond to all data requests within 30 days.

• No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising cookies
• No third-party tracking of any kind
